Check Your Order Status and Track Your UPS Shipment
Check Your Order Status
Your Order Status will show as one of the following:
- Ordered - We have received your order and are in the process of filling it.
- On Hold - Your order may have this status if you are sending us payment by mail, if your credit card was declined, or if we are awaiting your PayPal payment.
- Shipped - Your order has shipped
- Backorder - All or part of your order is backordered.
- Drop Ship Pending - We are shipping your order from an alternate warehouse, and we will change your status to shipped once the warehouse notifies us your order has been sent.
- Cancelled - Your order has been cancelled by you, or we have cancelled it because of non-payment
- RMA Sent to Customer - Your have requested to return part or all of your order, and we have issued an RMA number.
- Returned - You have returned all or part of your order, and your return has been processed.
Track Your UPS Shipment
Enter your 6-digit invoice number (this is different than your order number) in the box below and click "Track My Order":
You will not be able to track your order if:
- You haven't received notification from us that your order has shipped.
- Your shipping notification stated that your order was being shipped via the U.S. Postal Service (USPS).
- Your package is being shipped to Canada or another International address.
- Your shipping address is a P.O. Box.
