If your shipping address is in the United States, a U.S. Territory, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia or several other countries (see the complete list below), our shopping cart will automatically calculate your shipping cost based on the weight of your order and your shipping location's zip or postal code. During the checkout process, you will be able to see the total including shipping before you place your order. The shipping cost will be visible to you once you have entered your shipping address.

Do you ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses?
Yes. During checkout, be sure to select "Domestic Shipping to a PO Box" as your shipping method.
When will my order ship?
We ship MOST orders (that are paid by MasterCard®, VISA®, Discover®, American Express®, PayPal® or a Money Order) within two business day of receiving payment (many are shipped the SAME or NEXT day). Occassionally an order will longer to process. If an order cannot be processed within three business days, you will be notified by e-mail as soon as possible. Orders paid for by a personal or business check will ship with the same promptness once the check clears (this takes approximately 10 days).
How will my order ship (UPS, USPS, etc.)?
If "Domestic Shipping to a Street Address" is chosen as your shipping method during checkout, your order will ship via UPS. The exception to this is very lightweight orders that may ship via the US Postal Service. If "Domestic Shipping to a PO Box" is chosen as your shipping method, your order will ship via the US Postal Service (either First Class, Priority Mail or Parcel Post, depending on weight). All orders to international destinations ship via the US Postal Service.

Do you offer express shipping?
We are able to quote several express shipping options. Please e-mail us with your requirements.
Will I be able to track my order?
If your order is shipped via UPS (be sure to select "Domestic Shipping to a Street Address" as your shipping method), you will be able to track your order on our order tracking page. Orders shipped via the US Postal Service cannot be tracked.
Why is my shipping cost $99.99?
If an order is over the maximum weight allowed by UPS and the US Postal Service (70 lbs), your shipping will show as $99.99, and the order will say "Over 70 lbs. - we will contact you with your shipping cost before processing your order". You will not be charged $99.99 for shipping; we will contact you with the shipping cost before charging your credit card, and you will have the option to proceed with or cancel your order.
