How do I place an order on your site?
If your shipping address is in the United States, a U.S. Territory, Canada, or the United Kingdom, click the "Add to Cart" button located next to or just below the item(s) you want to order. You will automatically be taken to the shopping cart, where you can either continue to shop or checkout. Our shopping cart also calculates shipping to many other countries. However, if your country is not in our list of shipping countries in our shopping cart, please e-mail your order to us. We will then provide you with a complete quote including shipping charges to your destination.
What are your shipping charges?
We calculate shipping based on the estimated weight of the order and on your zip/postal code. Please refer to our Shipping Charges page for complete details.
Can I pay with a credit card?
Yes. We accept MasterCard®, VISA®, Discover® and American Express® through our secure checkout process. In addition, we accept PayPal®, which is a service that allows you to pay us with your credit card, electronic check, etc. You can also phone in your credit card information to us if you don't feel comfortable entering your details on the web.
Is my credit card charged immediately when I place an order on your site?
No. We charge your credit card when your order is released to our shipping department.
What kinds of PayPal® payments do you accept?
We accept all types of PayPal® payments (credit card, eCheck, account balance funding, instant transfer, etc.).
What other forms of payment do you accept?
In addition to credit cards and PayPal®, we accept money orders, cashier's checks, and personal/business checks. Note that orders paid for by personal or business checks will be held for approximately 10 days before shipping. For faster shipping, use a credit card, PayPal® or send a money order.
Will I be charged sales tax?
Sales tax is added only to orders with a shipping address located in Michigan.
Do you ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses?
Absolutely! During checkout, be sure to select "Domestic Shipping to a PO Box" as your shipping method.
When will my order ship?
We ship MOST orders (that are paid by MasterCard®, VISA®, Discover®, American Express®, PayPal® or a Money Order) within one to three business day of receiving payment. Occassionally an order will take longer to process, and sometimes backorders occur. When this occurs, we make every effort to contact you via email as soon as possible. If you need an order by a certain date, please indicate that in the order comments and include your phone number.
How will my order ship (UPS, USPS, etc.)?
Most orders that are under 2 pounds will ship via USPS First Class or Priority Mail, as this is the most cost-effective method for our customers. Orders weighing over 2 pounds usually ship via UPS Ground. If "Domestic Shipping to a PO Box" is chosen as your shipping method, orders over 2 pounds will ship by either USPS Priority Mail or USPS Parcel Post.
Do you offer express shipping?
We are able to quote several express shipping options. Please e-mail us with your requirements.

Can you tell me a little about The2Buds?
The2Buds Inc. is a family-owned an operated business based in Traverse City, Michigan. We developed the business after finding it difficult to find affordable supplies for protecting and displaying our growing vintage postcard collection. It wasn't long before we added many additional products tailored to collectors of comics, trading cards, and other empherma.
Since opening in 2000, we've grown quite rapidly. We believe our success is a result of:
