In addition to the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom, our shopping cart will automatically calculate shipping to several other countries. If your country is not displayed in our shipping country list in the shopping cart, email us with the items you want to order. We will then provide you a quote with shipping to your country.
If your shipping country is listed in our shopping cart, you may place orders on our web site using our secure shopping cart. Just browse through our site, and click the "Add to Cart" button located next to or beneath the item(s) you want to order. When you are ready to check out, go to your shopping cart, and follow the instructions to place your order.
Our shopping cart will calculate your shipping cost based on the estimated weight of your order. Shipping will be via the United States Postal Service. Your order will ship via USPS International First Class Mail if it weighs 4 lbs. or under. If it weighs more than 5 lbs., it will ship via USPS International Priority Mail.
These are the least expensive shipping methods available internationally. We also may elect to use flat-rate envelopes or boxes if the order fits and if shipping is less expensive. However, most orders are too large for the limited size of the flat-rate items. Please note that the US Postal Service discontinued "surface shipping" in May of 2008, so that is no longer a shipping option.
Shipping time is estimated by the US Postal Service at 4 to 10 days, but orders frequently take longer than that to reach our customers. This can be due to delays with the US Postal Service, Customs, or carriers in the destination country. We have no control over how long it takes once the package leaves our shop. Please note that shipping time does not include order processing time, which normally takes between 1 and 4 business days.
IMPORTANT NOTE: While our shopping cart will correctly calculate the shipping on 99% of international orders, shipping will be higher than what is shown on orders that require an oversized box, that require multiple boxes, or orders that require a shipping box larger than the dimensions allowed for that shipping method. We will advise you by e-mail if an extra cost is required, and you will have the option at that time to proceed with or cancel your order. Your credit card will not be charged until you authorize us to go ahead with your order.

Please note: All payments must be made in U.S. Funds. Orders that are paid for by check will be held approximately 10 days before shipping. Orders paid for by a PayPal eCheck will be held until that payment clears.
Weight and size restrictions
International shipments have to conform to the weight and size restrictions of the destination country. In each country, the maximum weight and maximum size of the shipping box varies depending on the method of shipment. If your order cannot be shipped for the cost supplied by the shopping cart due to these reasons, we will contact you with the adjusted shipping cost. You will have the option to proceed with or cancel your order.
Customs Fees
The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
